I recently upgraded our in-house system from ALL-IN-1 V2.4 to V3.0.
Everything went fine, except that the V2.4 Account Creation Template
file did not convert and now I can't create any new accounts. Can
someone offer a suggestion to resolve this? I don't mind recreating my
templates, if that's what is needed.

Hi there!
Just delete the old template file, and do <CREATE MUA$TEMPLATE
I think. That should create you a new template file in the new
format, then you can re-add your templates.
Its actually also not that hard (but a bit harder) to convert
your old V2.4 file, but I am at home and can't look up the
necessary incantation.
