When at the Schedule Test and Repair User Areas menu we get the
following error when we try to tab through the departments field.
"No file found for scrolled region"
Is this a bug or did I screw up (again) when I upgraded from BL110?

Thanks very much for this Darryl. You certainly didn't screw up -
we noticed this a few days ago and the problem has been identified.
There is an SM (Stewart Morris?) developer working on it.
