Customer has the following:
ALL-IN-1 V2.3 ingrated with MASS-11
and has tried the following using /NOCUSTOM with no change.
A user has the following problem: does a DT/RV for a MASS-11 file,
tries to read or edit it and gets kicked out with an ACCVIO. Returns
into ALL-IN-1 and is then able to read or edit the document.
Customer has found that those users with WPS-PLUS as default editor do
NOT have this problem, those with MASS-11 as default editor DO have
this problem.
This user CAN successfully retrieve ASCII documents without this
problem.
Has anyone heard of this?

Called up the folks at MASS-11 about this one, they
said that the user should be using a TRU (Transfer Utility)
selection off of a form called M11ADD2; they recognize that
DT will not work properly.
Customer says though that TRU only works if you are directly
trying to transfer from the standalone MASS-11 product, since
it will ask you for folder and document name rather than VMS
filename. This does not take care of possible uploaded files
in VMS (from the MASS-11 PC version for instance).
However, MASS-11 says this is the way it works, so....
The same customer reported another problem envolving his MASS-11
integration; it appears that documents with foreign characters
(i.e. or ) will print and edit fine, but when the user tries
to do a READ on them, these characters are often misinterpreted
(i,e, wrong character displayed, etc). This depends on the document,
some work fine, other documents don't.
I told him to work this issue with MASS-11 as well.
Ideas?
