I have a customer who has LN03 printers in a cluster that would
like the paper out condition reported to the appropriate ALL-IN-1
users. Is that possible?

I don't think that the LN03 reports paper out at all, I think it just
stops.
Certainly I've never seen the DCL $SHO QUEU command shows anything
other than the queue is stalled.
You might want to inquire in some other notes file about that.
If the status is available through some lexical or system service, then
I'm sure we can hack up a way to report it.
