    ALL-IN-1 2.4 patched to K603 Time Management Calendar
    
    On the TM EV screen it draws a nice calendar of dates. However, if you
    Set Date to February 1993, you will see that February 28th does not
    appear even though you can Set Date to it.
    
    I see that this has been fixed in Diamond but can't see it in the 2.4
    patches. (Patched to k603 doesn't fix it).
    
    I see form TMS is modified but I can't work out where or how the
    calendar is drawn! (Is it in the Calenda Initialize Month function in
    TMTMSPRE.SCP?)
    
    Do we have a fix for 2.4 please.
