The VMS DECwindows V3 IFT release notes state that context-sensitive
help is not available on the MEMEX Connection menu (i.e., the light bulb
menu). This is actually "half true."
You cannot get context-sensitive help on it by using the Help menu's On
Context item and clicking on the light bulb. (This is a bug; I expect it
will be fixed.) However, it turns out you can get help by pulling down
the Connection menu and then pressing the Help key while the menu is
pulled down. This gives you help on the first selectable (non-dimmed)
choice on that menu. Select "Connection Menu" from the list of additional
topics, and explore from there. (Better yet, read the "Hyperapplication
Features" chapter in the DECwindows User's Guide.)
