    Greetings,
    
    	I did a search on this problem and could not find it, it may be
    	the wrong conference.
    	Using Ultrix 4.0 (Rev 179) print **portion** of screen in PS format
    	generates *garbage*. Is this a known problem, any fixes available
        to **customers**. Workarounds?

	What kind of machine are you using? Is it color or monochrome? I just tried printing a portion of my screen to a PostScript printer and it worked fine. Ken

	This is a color DECstation 5000-200. The postscript file produced has a comment saying its EFT-1. BTW, the postscript previewer can be used to show the problem on the file. Mike
