A customer has a problem when trying to print printscreen-generated
postscript file to ab Applewriter II postscript printer. The printer
indicates it's working but nothing prints. Customer can generate a
Calendar-program-generated postscript file and print it to the same
printer via the same queue and it prints fine.
The customer can also take above printscreen-generated postscript
file, feed it thru DECprint (postscript to sixel converter
application), and print it fine LN03 just fine.
While I research this the customer is:
- trying to capture to DDIF and then do a convert/doc
to postscript to try that
- try other applications, like DECW$PAINT that use the
IMG$SHRLIB and see if it is isolated to 'image' data
(calendar postscript may not be image)
Has anybody out there got this combo to work under VMS 5.3-1?
Any special setups, ect?
