It was suggested I repost this problem here:
Using DECTerm V2.1 under VMS V5.4 I am getting regular terminal crashes when
I have 5 terminal windows open from our main cluster node to my workstation.
The DECTERM controller on the main node crashes with error 65535 and drops
all the terminal windows on the workstation.
I enclose two decterm logs.
DECterm version V2.1 now at your service...
To create DECterms, use the Session Manager or call the
DECwTermPort() routine from another process.

Alfred, I don't think this is a DECterm problem. The server is dropping the
connection for some reason.
