3463.0. "wsa process is accvio'ing" by RHETT::PICKETT () Sat Oct 13 1990 14:54

A customer of mine is losing his login box over the weekend.  At first I
thought that it was the cpu time limit problem, but every user including
the system account has no limit on the cpu time.  The WSA process dies
with an ACCVIO, final status code 1000000C, occurding to accounting.
	Also if the customer enters a wrong password and does not
click on the acknowledgement box for 30 to 45 minutes nothing works and
the server has to be restarted.  VMS 5.3-1 on a 3100.  Are there other
quotas besides cpu time limit that should be looked at?  Why would it
Accvio?
