    I would like like that the the users of a DECwindows demo
    we are making should not be able to change anything in the wm's
    iconBox. No resize, no moving of the iconBox should be allowed.
    
    This would, I suppose, be achieved by setting the override_redirect 
    mask for the iconBox window. Can this be done in some way from the
    Xdefaults.dat file?  Or from some other file? Is there perhaps some
    other resource parameters available to do this?
