3323.0. "Swedish weekday bug..." by EMIL::KANDER (Put the message in a box!) Mon Sep 10 1990 08:15
Hi,
I noticed that the weekdays are shifted one day if you select
Swedish as session language. Eg. Today is Monday and if I start
a clock I tells me that it's tuesday (Tis, in Swedish) already.
A wild guess about how this has happend is that we use to start
our calendar weeks on a Monday, not on a Sunday as (I believe)
you do in the states...
Now, what can I do to get my weekdays correct and, should this
be reported?

3323.1 | Swedish should be OK in V5.4 | STAR::ORGOVAN | Vince Orgovan | Mon Sep 10 1990 13:48 | 6 |
| I assume that you saw this problem with a field test version of
VMS 5.4. Yes, there was a bug with the Swedish days of the week
being offset by one day. It was fixed in later versions of the
5.4 field test.
See QAR 573 in the V54-FT database for details.
