We're in the middle of a sales cycle and Apple with MacIntosh have thrown a monkeywrench into the whole process. The Apple demo included the ability to "cut and paste" graphics into text. My understatnding is that we have buried this capabillity under the postscript formatting that we provide for printing. Is there any way that we can show the cut and paste capability that is present on the mac? If this is posted incorrectly, please forgive. I did do a title search and found nothing that seemed appropriate. Thank you, Sherrie

You could try to counter with DECwrite which has at least some capabilities along these lines. QUEEN::DECWRITE is a start. | |||||

Not sure if this is exactly what you mean but, it is easy to demo cut/paste graphics without needing DECwrite. Draw something in Paint, select part of the picture, cut or copy then paste into a cardfiler card. DECwrite will give you more to play with though. -- Rob |
