    I'm running a DEC internal DECwindowns application that has problems
    running under V5.4-4G1.  The application is called INSEIN and the 
    new (broken) behaviour is as follows:
    
    -The program pops up a screen with a grid of dots that are active
     locations to place components on.  You can drag components to
     these locations and place them with a mouse action.
    
     Under V5.4-4G1 the dots don't appear, but they become little 
     circles when the component is dragged by where the dots should 
     be located.   There are other wierd things like the plots that 
     are done in another window are invisible, when I clear that 
     window I can see all of the plotted data 'blink' by as it is
     clearing?
    
    **Sorry for the weak description of what I'm seeing but I don't
      have the sources for this application.  I'm hoping this is
      some common problem?    Also if I do a $SET DISP/node=V5.3-2
      system all works just fine??
