    	I'm trying to upgrade a VS3100 old Model from VMS5.3-1 to
    	VMS5.4. My first problem was some missing files such as
        G%DRIVER.EXE or I%DRIVER.EXE. I had also to remove concerning
        DECWINDOWS within SYSTARTUP_V5.COM.
        I used VMS & DECW$TAILOR.
        The status is No error message during the Boot Sequence but the
    machine stops with the Arrow on a black screen and the VR295 stays in
    operator mode in case of keystroke with USERNAME and PASSWORD. 
    You certainly find, I'm a beginner as SYSMGR.
