3033.0. "create/term/detached/process=test$name" by BACHUS::ROETS () Wed Jul 04 1990 03:20
Hello guys,
I try the following under vms and decwindows :
I log in via lat or set host.
I do a "set display/create/node=<name>
On that node there does not yet exist a process with my usename as name
I type "create/term/detached/process=test$name.
I terminal-window gets created, however the name of the process is
not test$name, but my username.
From the moment that a process with my usenamename exist, everything works
fine.
Is This known ?
The workaround is obvious.
Is there a fix ?
Thanks,
Chris Roets

3033.1 | Beat you by a couple of weeks | YIPPEE::EZLIFE::YURCHAK | Mick Yurchak @VBE | Thu Jul 05 1990 04:23 | 5 |
| I've seen it (see note 2981) and since there were no replies,
you seem to be the only other one to see it. In any case,
I've QAR'd it in the V5 database under QAR #3030.
