hardware : lj250, vaxstation 2000
software : vms 5.3-1 , decwindows
problem : window background is set to r: 100%
g: 100% => white
b: 100%
but the printout via print portion of screen
is "gray"
questions : is it possible to get only the color of the paper
( less work for the printer ) instead of the gray
background ?
is this a bug or a feature ?
any idea for my customer ?

This is a bug that is currently being addressed by the responsible engineering group. There's no projected time to a fix. | |||||

Did some one opened a QAR/SPR reporting this problem. If yes, what is it's number? A customer of our bought a LJ250 specially for this task, and now he thinks he spent his money for nothing.
