No, because they want it for security reasons i.e. the operators
are "dumb" users and they dont want them to be able to pop up
the session mgr or anything else "dangerous".

| If you don't want access to the session manager, one option is not to run
the session manager on that display...

| Don't know if this solves your problem, but you could grab the pointer
and confine it to some "safe" window.
