We would like to customize the PC-DECwindows session manager window as
part of an application we are developing for a customer. Can someone
direct me to the PC-DECwindows source? Is this the right conference
for this request? I've also made this request in the PCSA conference.

Please contact the PC DECwindows Product Manager directly. He'll probably want
to know the particulars of the application you are writing, among other things.
His name is John Gorczyca and mail can be sent to him at SPCTRM::GORCZYCA.
BTW: There is a NOTES Conference devoted to PC DECwindows on node RANGER::.
Strangely enough, it's called RANGER::PCDECWINDOWS.
