    A customer has a VAXstation 3100 model 40 with 32MB of memory and a 19"
    Color 8-plane monitor.  When attempting to invoke the "Print Portion of
    Screen" DECwindows option (VMS V5.3), he gets the following error
    message:
    
    		CANNOT ALLOCATE MEMORY
    
    Since I cannot find this error documented anywhere, can someone shed
    some light on this problem?  Is this error message pertaining to video
    memory or physical memory?
