I have users who are having problems with remote windowing sessions
dying. We know its from a flaky LAN, but normal decnet links
survive aok, only with usual response timeouts.
Is there a way to make the windowing links as robust? like
some logical like DECW$DISPLAY_SANITY_TIMER or some other
way. LAN errors happen from time to time.

Hello? let me guess, the decwindows designers didn't think about the
problem?! let me ask it a different way. Is there a way to get
remote sessions to survive this...
