XLOGO (Decwindows LOGO) is available from LUGGER""::MPP1:[MILLS.PUBLIC}XLOGO.*
This version of XLOGO is the same version of LOGO available from
AIAG::SYS$AIAG:[LOGO] except that it runs under DEC-Windows. It it has been
compiled and linked under VMS SSB V5.3 DEC-Windows version 2.0. It runs
basically the same as the SUN implementation but it also supports the same 8
colors as a color VT125 implementation. That is:

The graphics window will not be opened until some sort of graphics command is
issued. Also if the graphics windows is obscured by another window the window
