    Recently I installed Display PostScript under VMS V5.3-1, it was
    installed on one workstation.  Now when tyring to run the DECwindows
    viewer ($ VIEW/interface=DECWINDOW) I receive the following error:
    
X Toolkit Warning: Drm__FetchLiteral: Can't find literal 'dvr$ps_nohead_str' 
    - DRMNotFound

DVR could not fetch strings, aborting
