    the availability timeframe for customers.  Maybe as an addition to note

	It's called the "DEC Visual User Interface Tool". Michael Pinette DTN 381-2558 ZK02-1/M11 is the product manager. The program announcement appeared in SALES UPDATE in the September 18, 1989 issue and again with substantially the same text in the April 30, 1990. All the usual rules which apply to unannounced products apply here. This is a twice-announced program. No documentation nor kit has been made available for general internal use on the EASYNET for VUIT.
