Note 587.0 Does CAPTURE work with qualifiers? 1 reply
BALZAC::DONOVAN 23 lines 27-APR-1990 04:57

Hello,
I have the following problem when I try to use CAPTURE on
my cluster. CAPTURE does not accept any qualifiers. For example,
when I enter the following command:
CAPTURE/FRAME=2
The system returns a message stating that FRAME is not a qualifier.
I am certain that I am using the latest version of CAPTURE. Is
there some operating system level command that must be specified
in order to use CAPTURE with qualifiers? Has anyone out there
run into this problem before, with any version of the CAPTURE
utility?
Thanks,
KD

2698.1 | CAPTURE is not a DECwindows tool | POBBLE::PASCIUTA | Adrian Pasciuta | Wed May 02 1990 06:19 | 8 |
| CAPTURE has nothing to do with DECwindows.
To use the /FRAME qualifier, you should define a foreign command to invoke
CAPTURE:
$ CAPTURE == "$DISK:[DIRECTORY]CAPTURE"
You should then be able to use CAPTURE/FRAME.
