    Hello,
    
    The COnference Workstation System BL1 is now available.  I am looking
    for people who would like to try it out and give me some feedback.
    
    What is the COnference Workstation System?
    	COWS was developed to compliment teleconferencing with visual
    presentation capabilities.  It consists of two tools.  The COWS Board
    is best described as a multi-display Paint program.  The COWS Show tool
    is simply a multi-display version of the CDA Viewer.  These two tools
    can be used for many purposes.  Its main purpose as I stated before is
    to supplement teleconferencing but it can also be used for other
    purposes.  We plan on using it to discuss project requirements and make
    presentations over long distances.  It can also be used to help solve
    problems by enabling two people to discuss examples and coding over
    long distances.  
    
    Anyways, if you want to try it simply copy the executables has
    described in the attached note.  Please register yourself in the
    KAOU04::COWS conference so that I can figure out how much demand there
    is.  Check out that conference for more details.

    Although I have tried to get rid of all the bugs, I am sure that some
    have gotten by me.  Therefore I make no promises has to the stability
    of this product.  The executables are from VMS 5.4 but they should run
    on 5.3 (?).
    
    You can now copy the Base Level 1 files:
    
    KAOU04::disk$data1:[cows.refcopy]cows_show.exe
    KAOU04::disk$data1:[cows.refcopy]cows_show.uid
    KAOU04::disk$data1:[cows.refcopy]cows_board.exe
    KAOU04::disk$data1:[cows.refcopy]cows_board.uid
    KAOU04::disk$data1:[cows.refcopy]cows_notes.txt
    
    They take about 500 blocks of disk space.
    
    Cows_notes.txt contains a very short description on how to get COWS
    going.  Read this file before starting.
    
    Please post any problems or any questions you might have in
