a customer wants to define his meta and ctrl keys using decwindows (vms)
like xmodmap under ultrix.
he needs the same keyboardlayout with vms and ultrix.

	I'm not sure I see the problem here. Can't the customer run xmodmap remotely from his Ultrix system to the VMS server to customize the keymap settings to be the same on both?
