    A customer is attempting to print a partial screen to an LN03+. When he
    issues the print he gets an "unknown print error" message. He has
    the following selected on the Customize print screen window:
    
    Sixel   Gray scale   1:1 Aspect ratio   Positive image
    Rotate/Scale picture to fit paper   Prompt for filename
    
    He sees this problem only when requesting partial screen. There is not
    problem with full screen prints.
    
    VMS is V5.3.
    
    Any ideas on what could cause this?
