Is it possible to use CREATE/TERM/WINDOW=(X_POSTION=value1, Y_POSITION=value2) whereby value1 and value2 are choosen so that the window will not be fully mapped on the screen Example: CREATE/TERM/WINDOW=(X_POSITION=1000,Y_POSITION=800)... It seems to position the window in such a way that it is always fully mapped...???? (In the right hand corner...) Is this right, and if yes can we avoid this... Thanks, Jan

Re: .0 Yes, DECterm always tries to position the window so that it is completely visible, and no, you can't avoid this (as far as I know). I made this change in DECterm V2 to make DECterm easier to use on PC servers with smaller screens. Ideally there should be some way to over-ride this. -- Bob |
