    I am looking for some help with XT$CREATE_APPLICATION_SHELL.
    
    If possible I am looking for a FORTRAN example to create an
    Application Shell Widgetwith the corresponding .UIL.
    
    We can do it OK with C but are having no luck with FORTRAN.
    
    An example would be wonderful.
