I'm running vms 5.3 on a vaxstaion 3100 with LSE 2.3. When I start LSE from a DECTerm doing LSEDIT/NOCURRENT/DISPLAY=DECWINDOWS I get the following warning : X TOOLKIT WARNING : WIDGET CLASS DECTERM VERSION MISMATCH WIDGET 7011 VS. INTRINSIC 11003. LSE starts and seems to work fine. But what does this message mean and what can I do against it ? Any ideas ? Uwe

It means that your version of LSE mistakenly asks DECwindows to give a warning if the version is different than the one it was compiled against. Other than giving the message, it is harmless. If you wish to get rid of it, install LSE V3.0. Steve |
