    I have a user on a GPX that runs DECWindows that is trying to
    print a portion of her screen from the session manager.
    
        When selecting the portion that she wants to print, she gets
        an I/O error.
        When trying to capture the image, she doesn't get as far as
    to capture the image in the default file SYS$LOGIN:DECW$CAPTURE.TMP.
    
        Any ideas why she would be getting an I/O error  when capturing
        or printing??
