    I'm working with a third-party company.  I'm hoping someone can
    provide a pointer for the answer to this question:
    
    The application contains an attached dialog box with a main menu
    bar.  The developer wants to use a text widget within graphics
    and has been able to do this with a transparent modal dialog
    box but needs it to be modeless (like the Paint application).
    
    How can this be achieved?
