I have a popup attatched dialog box, whose only child is a window widget.
When I manage this widget, it always resizes itself to be one larger in the
y direction (on VMS 5.3). This is not the case on UWS2.2, and I'm pretty sure
it wasn't the case on earlier versions of DECwindows under VMS. I do not
know why it's doing this, but it's damn annoying, as it is also causing the
window to repaint. For the sake of simplicity, I created a dialog box with
no children, and it did exactly the same thing. I give it an initial width
and height in the UIL file, but it always increases its height by 1 when it
is managed. Does anyone know what the deal is???

| Known bug (QAR'd a couple of times in DECWINDOWS-IFT). It's not
expected to be fixed for XUI. They said it's something to do
with interaction between the Intrinsics and the window manager.
