Any ideas on this?
    
SYMPTOM/BEHAVIOR:

When doing a 'print portion of screen' from the session manager 
on a VS3520 or VS3540, the tracking rectangle does not appear 
although the functionality works correctly.

Why?  Is this intentional (does it matter)?  Should this be SPR'ed?

	This has already been reported in the DECWINDOWS-IFT QAR database, number 3770. Looks like a bug.
