       I'm having a bit of trouble with a scale widget.

       XtSetValues a change to the scale's title and the title changes ok
       but so does the scale height, thats scale_height not common height.
       Seems to reset to default value, and even an XtSetValue back to the
       original uil value has no effect.

       NOW THATS THE BORING BIT. The good bit is that a change to the
       scales title seems to corrupt one of the scales siblings.
       i.e. Change the scales title and one of its siblings will ACCVIO
       when activated.

       This scale is in a box along with many siblings and as I move
       it around the sibling order by moving it up and down the uil
       CONTROLS list of its parent then DIFFERENT siblings cause access 
       violations after the scale has be told to change its title.
       Nothing accvios until activated, but when activated what was a
       working widget becomes an accvio. ?
