    Recently, I have noticed that when I try to use the scroll
    bars on the session manager's message window, the SM goes
    into a mutex wait for some tens of seconds (say, 30) before
    it finally gets loose and does the scroll.
    
    Anyone know why?
    
    This is V5.3.  I have the SM's terminal (i.e., some TWAxx
    device) enabled as an operator terminal.  Otherwise, there's
    nothing unusual about it that I know about.
