2190.1 | File Filter. | TALLIS::ZANZERKIA | | Fri Feb 02 1990 16:55 | 15 |
| .1
Change the File Filter specification, usually it is *.*
Make it device:[directory.subdir]*.*
After that click on "Filter" or press RETURN key and you will see
the directory listing from that directory.
Generic to all File selection widgets.
=====================================
This brings up the question about changing to a different
sub directory w/o filter. How about a push button that shows the
current directory name but when you click on it it shows a pull
down menu of all directories under it + an entry back up a level ??

2190.3 | Motif will have it soon ... | LEOVAX::TREGGIARI | | Wed Feb 07 1990 07:12 | 5 |
| FYI; we always wanted to put directory traversal into the XUI file
selection widget, but never had the time. Motif V1.1 (the next
release) is adding this to the file selection widget.
