Anybody see this problem with 100 DPI Fonts. When you pull down the CUSTOMIZE KEYBOARD window you see that the resizing screen feature in the upper right hand corner is grayed out meaning unusable feature. Next problem with this window is that the Widgets "OK","APPLY",and "CANCEL" are not in the window seem to go below the bottom of the window. Because of this there is no way to exit the window, even the return key does nothing. He has the new 16" VR297-DA monitor. Example of Customer problem: Take note that the "OK","APPLY", and "CANCEL" push button widgets do not event appear on the screen, making the window useless and forcing the user to either restart DECwindows if he knows how, or reboot the system. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- |## Cusomize Keyboard |X|#| ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | | 50 | | Bell Volume ------------------------ Keyboard Type | | @ Enable | ^ | ---------------------------- | | O Disable ------------------------ | System Default | | | Percent Volume | AUSTRIAN GERMAN LK201LG | | | | . | | | 50 | . | | | Keyclick Volume ------------------------ | . | | | @ Enable | ^ | | . | | | O Disable ------------------------ | BELGIAN FRENCH LK201LP DP| | | Percent Volume ---------------------------- | | | | Auto Repeat Lock Key State Operator Window Key | | @ Enable @ Caps Lock @ Ctrl @ F2 | | O Disable O Shift Lock O Shift + O F1 | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks for any help jpr

PLEASE enter a QAR on this problem. If you just ask 'has anyone else seen this problem,' the problem doesn't get tracked automatically. You must enter a QAR, which we can then track. James

If the "OK" button is present (i.e., would be there if the window could be resized larger) and is the default button, then you should be able to remove the window by giving it the input focus and pressing the "Return" key. Dan

RE:.-1 Dan, It is impossible to leave that window even by pressing the return key because the OK button is not in the window, looks like it is below the window maybe (kinda like the window is too small), and when that occurs the OK, CANCEL, APPLY buttons are no longer widgets, they act more like gadgets.
