    Is the scale/slider pixmap a cursor pixmap?  What are the minimum and
    maximum X & Y lengths it can have?  Can it be changed once the window
    the scale is on is visible (the scale may be used for more than one
    purpose and I'd like to change the scale slider pixmap and it's current
    value on the fly to reflect its changing function)?  Does anyone have
    any examples of using an alternate scale slider pixmap (none in the
    examples note file; any language example will do though Ada and FORTRAN
    are desired)?
