    I've been ask to answer the following questions as to whether
    the following can be met but DECwindows, DECwrite, and
    DECgraph, installed on a VS2000 with 14 meg of memory
    or any another workstations.

    I know the questions 2, 4, 5,  and 6 can be met by most of DECwindows
     applications, not sure about 1,3  and 7.  
    
      Any input will be greatly appreciated

      The user needs to be able to do the following -

  1) Something that will take an existing (Intellichart) file and paste
     it within so that we are able to print (bar graphs, pie charts). 
     In other words, can DECwindows, DECgraph, DECwrite intergrate
     (read) an intellichart file and allow us to edit and print them?

  2) Needs high quality output of presentations (large fonts, multi-page)

  3) Needs  the ability to read SIGHT files (maps, pictures)

  4) Needs the ability to incorporate graph files into DOCUMENT 
     (publishing tool)

  5) Needs to be able to do Colored output

  6) Fast turnaround time

  7) Abiltiy to print colored slides to an LJ250
