    How can I delete a resource from the resource database?
    The customize section of my application allows the user to add
    or remove pushbuttons in the main window.  I'm storing the button
    info as a resource for each.  When they delete a button I want to
    delete that record from the resource database but I don't
    see an XrmDeleteStringResource or anything like it.
