    My process keeps getting "kicked out" of DECWINDOWS 5.1 and I have to
    perform ($@decw$startup restart) in order to get DECWINDOWS to start
    again.  I get the following error codes in the DECW$SM.LOG file.
    Does anyone know what this log file means and why Decwindows keeps
    crashing on me.  (Side note:  I am running on a CVAX, VMS 5.1,
    with 16 Mb of memory).
