1863.0. "How do you remove WSAx entries from the UCB?" by CLAMBR::GREENING (Misteaks made while you wait) Thu Dec 07 1989 14:37
I am trying to find out how the WSxx devices are removed from the
device tables. Is this accomplished by simply changing the pointers
in the UCB links or are the pointers changed and the UCB entry
deleted? I have a situation where multiple reconfigurations occur
to multiple clusters on a daily basis. Currently, the only sure
way to insure that the devices in the device table are present for
testing is to reboot the clusters. I am trying to find a way to
rebuild the device tables and remove devices from it that are no
longer attached to the cluster.
