Hi everybody, a customer reclaims a bad problem with PrintScreen. After issuing 'Print Entire Screen' from the SessMgr the printout works fine - but only the half! It seems that the printout 'forgets' the upper half of the picture - with no error message. Are there perhaps any Sysgen-Parameters responsible for this behavior? The customer has 8MB VS200. The same behavior with my 14MB VS2000. Any help'd be appreciated. Armin Erlemann, Service Center Frankfurt

<<< Note 1826.0 by FRSTSC::ERLEMANN >>> -< PrintScreen prints only the half! >- Are you sure it isn't just the (brain-dead) scroll bars on the Viewer? Try expanding the window and/or pull the image into Paint or DECwrite and I'll bet you'll see the whole thing. Regards, == ken miller == | |||||

No! It has nothing to do with the Viewer and it is not a specific layered product problem as with Paint or DECwrite. It's just a simple 'PrintScreen' from the Session Manager. Armin |
