There is a bug in DECchart:
when you want to sort data in rows and columns by choosing
the sort option under the Data menu, a dialog box comes up
with choice of Rows or Columns to sort.
When I select rows, and then highlight a row (data running from left
to right - horizontally across the spreadsheet) using the mouse,
Sort does not work. However, it sorts the row when Columns is selected
in the dialog box. Conversely, spreadsheet columns are sorted when
Rows is selected in the dialog box.
Rows and Columns buttons in the dialog seem to be mixed up.
