    I have a customer using the XtRemoveAllCallbacks procedure and it's not
    removing the callbacks previously added.  Is this a known problem?  Is
    there a workaround?

	Don't know if you still care, but the problem is that the VAX binding for this routine is hosed. ...so if your customer is on a VMS system using an language but C, that is the problem. See DECWTOOLKIT note 329.6 Ken Colorado CSC
