    	Hi Folks,
    
    	I installed VMS V5.3FT 2 days ago with DECwindow V5.3FT but unable
    	to start DECwindow.
    	It always shows me the background view but instead of the DIGITAL
    	announce with USERNAME and PASSWORD , it tolds me  :
    
    	"SYSTEM-F-SECTBLFUL ,section table (process/global) is full"
    
    	I installed VMS V5.3-461 then the MUP to VMS V5.3-462.
    
    	SYSGEN parameters are :
    		PROCSECTCNT	=	32
    		WSMAX		=	6000
    		GBLPAGES	=	30000
    		GBLSECTION	=	400
    		GBLPAGFIL	=	6024
    
    	The VS2000 had 6MB memory and a RD53 as system disk.
    
    	DECwindow is running correctly on a 6MB system in LAVC with the
    	same parameters.
    
    	Any help or advise would be welcome. Thank's

    You need to increase the GBLSECTIONS sysgen parameter. Many layered
    product startup procedures install images that consume global sections.
    Depending on how far you get into the startup process before you run
    out, various components can give this message including DECwindows. 
    
    If you've got a system with only VMS and DECwindows installed and you
    get the SECTBLFUL message then it's a bug and you should QAR it.
