One of the nodes in our cluster has its server crashed when the user tries 
to extract a message.

Setup:

VS2000 14MB satelite, VS3500 boot node.  VMS5.2 DECW V2 IFT1

User does a SET HOST from hist VS2000  to another node (not in cluster)
which is running VMS 5.1-1.

Creates a fileview back on his workstation (via set display).

Runs mail from this remote fileview.

reads message in mail - selects EXTRACT from menu. The extract
dialog never pops up, the server crashes (requiring a @DECW$STARTUP RESTART).
