1372.0. "Priveleged Resources" by REJOIC::LOMBARDO (Watch the LAMB) Tue Sep 05 1989 15:29
Is there a way to prevent user's from overriding certain system default resource
name values?
We have an application which the system manager with define specific resource
values for the whole LAN, some we don't care if users override or not in
their own SYS$LOGIN:*DEFAULTS.DAT file, but others resources must not be
changed even if the user trys to specify a new value.
Any ideas or pointer to any previous discussions on this topic?
Very Sincerely,
]isa

| Resources that you specify either via .UID files or explicitly on your widget
create routine calls always override whatever the *DEFAULTS.DAT files say.
